Home Burger with Mighties™ Kiwi Relish

Directions

  1. Kiwi and Cucumber Relish: Stir kiwi with cucumbers, sweet onions, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seeds. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Adjust salt to taste. Strain before serving.
  2. Home Burger: Gently mix ground beef with onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ketchup, salt and pepper. Divide into 4 portions. Shape into 1-inch thick patties.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until well marked and burgers are cooked through.
  4. Serve burgers on rolls with lettuce, tomato, cheddar, bacon and Kiwi Cucumber Relish.

Tip: The kiwi relish can also be served as a side for grilled chicken or fish too.
