- Preheat oven to 225°F; line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- Using mandoline, thinly slice kiwis to scant 1/8-inch thickness. Arrange slices in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until slightly browned and crisp. Let cool for 30 minutes on pan; carefully peel kiwi slices away from parchment paper. Serve immediately.
Alternatively, you can use a dehydrator and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
