Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 225°F; line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Using mandoline, thinly slice kiwis to scant 1/8-inch thickness. Arrange slices in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
  3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until slightly browned and crisp. Let cool for 30 minutes on pan; carefully peel kiwi slices away from parchment paper. Serve immediately.

Alternatively, you can use a dehydrator and follow manufacturer’s instructions.
