Lettuce Wraps with Hoisin Mighties™ Kiwi Pork

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Add ground pork, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
  2. Stir in red pepper and green onion. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in hoisin, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil; bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in kiwi until warmed through.
  3. Place about 3 tbsp mixture on each lettuce cup. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro. Serve with hot sauce, if desired.
