Spread 1 tbsp of the hazelnut spread evenly onto each slice of toast. Arrange 2 kiwi slices on each toast to resemble ears.
Place 1 kiwi slice in center of toast to resemble snout. Place 1 clementine segment on the snout for the nose, and 2 clementine segments with 2 blueberries for the eyes.
